We offer free ground shipping for US customers on qualifying orders over $50.

Shipping charges are per address. Orders that qualify for free shipping will receive free shipping for all addresses. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

We can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.

All orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed and shipped as though it was placed on the following Business Day.

Once your order is processed we will send you an email with the shipping confirmation and tracking number.

Returns

At Scarlett + Michel we strive to give you and your baby the perfect item. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please do not hesitate to return it. You may receive a full refund, minus shipping cost within 30 days of purchase (shipment date) on unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging merchandise. No refunds will be issued for sale merchandise.

To receive a refund, please contact us at info@scarlettandmichel.com and request a return label. Please provide your order number when you contact us. Please ship to us the merchandise for which you received a return label. Upon receipt of your return merchandise, if your return merchandise is unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging Scarlett + Michel will issue you a full refund, minus shipping cost.

Please ship your return via insured mail and enclose the packing slip.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a size, color, or style exchange. We suggest that you place a new order for the new size, color or style and return the original order within 30 days of purchase (shipment date).
